Where have you been all winter?

Winter finally decided to show up. It started raining Thursday, turned to snow overnight, and kept on going and going and going...the snow finally stopped for us late this afternoon (Saturday). We easily got 2 feet. We lost power for about 5 hours, but we had a birthday party to go to (in the neighborhood, thankfully) so that gave us something fun to do while we waited for the power to kick on again.
