Seersucker plaid

The main activity around here the last two weeks has been virus-sharing. First Ben, then Max, then Mama. Andrew escaped this one, probably because he was in Colorado for several days. So we all had a few days that knocked us flat, but I think we are almost done with this round - yeah!

These pics are from a week ago Sunday when it was 86 degrees. Look Mom, seersucker plaid on Benjamin, just for you! So cute! This Sunday it was much cooler, so no shorts around here. One week, I made sort of an offhand comment to Max that his cowboy shirt sure is handsome for church. So now it is the only shirt he will wear to church, and as soon as he gets home, he takes it off because it's only for church. The Sunday that this was taken, he wore it with shorts and cowboy boots. :) Whatever works.
Tiffany, Brian, Bailey & Riley came over for a BBQ last night - fun evening. (Bailey's full name is Bailey Aspen. Pretty funny, huh? It would've been Aspen Bailey, but a family member asked if they could call her "ass" for short, so they reversed the names.)

We've been getting ready for a garage sale in two weeks. This first involved cleaning the solid layer of sheetrock dust covering everything in the basement storage area. What a job, but I am glad it's done. I thought I'd try listing a couple bigger items on Craig's list before the garage sale, so last week, I listed a set of dining chairs at 3:45. By 8:00, a lady was handing me cash and hauling them out of the house. Not bad!

Seersucker plaid is cool.... but lederhosen is even cooler. You should put some pics of that on and then torture him for the rest of his life about it.

Yeah thats a great idea!! That definitely WON'T lead to years of psycho-trauama and an inexplicable fear of santa clause.

At least Max had on shorts with his cowboy boots....Jody preferred the "whitey tighties" with cowboy boots at that age. And the seersucker plaid does my heart good. Lederhosen are still in our basement if you want them to look really cute!!
