Ahhh, Mexico...

We had an awesome week relaxing in Mazatlan...eat, read, relax, repeat...

The boys did so well in the pool. Max loved jumping into the pool; if you tried to help him in the pool, he promptly scolded you to "get your hands off me." He happily bobbed and swam around with his little water wings. So brave! Ben cried the first time in the pool, but he warmed up a little bit everyday and was having a lot of fun by the end of the week. They loved seeing all of the lizards: big ones, medium ones, little ones, green ones, black ones, brown ones...always peeking out and scurrying away around the resort (sorry, no lizard pics).
Digging by the beach provided much entertainment too. Every night we watched the sun sink into the ocean: "bye bye sun, see ya tomorrow."
View from our hotel room:Ben getting a good laugh about the surprise he just made for Dad:
Eating: Eating: The most fabulous discovery, Mango Daquiri:
Many, many thanks to Mom & Dad for the use of their beautiful time share and for babysitting so Andrew & I got a nice dinner alone and a day of shopping in the Golden Zone. What a relaxing vacation!

(We have many more pics of our trip...just let me know & I can e-mail you the whole Mazatlan album.)

Looked like so much fun! I love that place! It looks like you were all succesful in combating the sun's tropical rays... its those good, pale Duvall genes! You know that fair skin was once a sign of prestige and nobility? I think we were just a few centuries too late to be fashionable. Oh well!
